VIP Systems Announces New Anti-Terrorist Marine Testing Event

First Capital International, Inc. (OTC BB:FCAI.OB - News), the Designer and Manufacturer of its prepackaged VIP Systems(TM) (www.VipSystems.us), a state-of-the-art Video Surveillance Security Solution, announced today that the Company will proceed with the long awaited, second round of testing for its new state-of-the-art marine anti-terrorist technology. This second Demonstration will take place on the 11th of May 2006 at the Port of Houston.

The Company reports that its anti-terrorist Solution will be installed and conducted on one of the U.S. Merchant Marine ships at the Port of Houston operated by Croweley International for the U.S. Department of Transportation. This event is hosted by the Port of Houston Authority with the keynote speaker from the US Department of Homeland Security. VIP Systems(TM) technology will allow the ship to be viewed from a remote, central U.S. Port control location via satellite through SkyPort International, Inc., and utilizing the state-of-the-art DefendIR cameras provided by Digital Infrared Imaging (a subsidiary of ICX, Inc.). The System will allow the control location to turn-off the ship's engines and thereby disabling it, in the event of a terrorist take-over of the ship.

All commands will be given through SkyPort International, Inc.'s secure satellite link which gives the ability to see the marine vessel at any time, at any place in the world and the technology gives the ability to remotely control the ship from a central location.

He went on to further state: "We firmly believe that this demonstration will clearly show a method which is ready today and will serve as effective protection against any terrorist attempts to disrupt the rapidly developing shipments of LNG products worldwide."
