With this in mind ICx has developed a series of extended warranty plans to give the customer added assurance that the camera will perform to its highest level and not be out of service for an extended period.
Whenever a customer purchases a camera from ICx they automatically receive a one year gold warranty plan. The gold plan covers all in-warranty repairs, telephone support 24/7, and free shipping once the repairs are complete. Sliver and Platinum plans are available upon request.
